If you are not a customer of Digital Shells, please join #digitalshell to ask any presales questions you may have. If you are a current customer, please join #digitalsupport. You can get the key in the Customer Control Panel.

Please remember, do not ask if anyone is around, just ask your question. Please note that we will never ask you for your account password, do NOT give out any of your passwords.

Customer Account Panel

We have created a customized Customer Account Panel to assist our customers in handling their accounts, and obtaining support. We recommend that customers log into the Customer Account Panel first to obtain support. The Customer Control Panel enables you to modify your personal information, billing information, services, tools to monitor and manage your server and access to our online help desk.

We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions, tips, tutorials and information to assist our customers with handling their servers and accounts. Most of our customers' questions can easily be found here. We ask that customers try to find the answers here before requesting support.
